How much does it cost to cut down a tree?

We do not provide tree removal quotes over the phone. Pricing depends on many factors, including the size of the tree, access for equipment, obstacles below the tree like homes, decks, gardens, driveways or hydro lines, whether the wood is staying onsite or being removed, cleanup requirements, and whether stump grinding is included. To give an accurate and fair price, we need to see the tree and its surroundings in person.

No. We are fully insured, But tree removal is dangerous work that carries serious risk to people and property. For safety and insurance reasons, homeowners are not permitted to assist with tree removal or cleanup.

Yes. You are welcome to watch from inside your home or from an agreed-upon safe area of your property. This keeps you out of harm’s way and allows our crew to focus fully on the job.

No. We do not buy logs or remove trees in exchange for lumber. The wood is a byproduct of our service and is disposed of as part of the job. If someone offers to remove a tree for free or pay you for it, we strongly recommend checking their insurance first. If you wish to keep or sell the wood, we can remove the limbs and leave the trunk standing for you to arrange removal separately.

Yes. We do not sell wood chips, but if you would like some of the chips from your job left onsite for garden use, just let us know ahead of time and we will gladly leave them for you.

Yes. We can chip and remove brush piles, but the pile must be inspected first to ensure there is no metal, dirt, or debris that could damage our equipment.

Yes. We can perform insurance-related tree removals and provide a detailed receipt for reimbursement. However, we do not bill insurance companies directly. Payment is required from the homeowner within 30 days of job completion. If requested, we are happy to provide a copy of the invoice for your insurance provider.
